I've never had an issue with getting sick here, but the food is consistently TERRIBLE. Twice potato wedges have been so overcooked that they were crunchy in the middle.

Was pleasantly surprised to be told they have only one fryer and everything in it is gluten free. My daughter enjoyed tasty chicken tenders breaded in chick pea flour and fries.

Not only were the service and food lackluster but the server assured me my son's allergies & celiac would be addressed. My son's burger then arrived with cole slaw slathered all over (he's allergic to eggs). The server apologized profusely once I pointed it out but the manager didn't seem to care at all! Will not be returning.

I ordered off the gluten free menu and I was given my food with regular pita bread, I asked for another one to be made and the waitress told me to just take off the pita bread. I told her no, the bread is touching everything and I don’t want to get sick. They remade it. I also ordered a creamy tomato soup and there were croutons on top. Because I got my order to go I didn’t know the croutons were on it until I got to my destination. I’m not sure what happened with the communication piece with the kitchen but there was clearly a disconnect.

I ate here two weeks ago with my friend. Both of us have celiac disease, and while we were assured the food would be safe and even the frying oil wouldn’t cause cross contamination, we both got horribly sick. The waiter was nice, but clearly someone in the kitchen didn’t know what they were doing.

Food was delicious! Staff was very knowledgeable and careful about celiac disease and cross contamination there is a quite extensive gluten free menu which includes safe fried products, burger buns, and sauces. Our waitress in particular, Melissa made it very clear to the kitchen staff that my food could not be cross contaminated. The highlight of the meal was the wonder gluten free desserts, would highly recommend the flourless brownie sundae!!!

The food was ok - just a basic burger, nothing special. And it was gluten free. But the service here was pretty lack luster. The waitress left us for ages before coming to take our order and wasn't very helpful when we had questions. It's not a place I'd head back to in a hurry.

My husband and I ordered the same burger except mine was GF. Mine was more expensive and I got less food. My husband got onions, tomato and cucumber in his. I only got the meat. Won't be going back. 1 star given for having a gf menu and the chips were good.

This places is great! They have a full gluten free menu with lots of on. The staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about. They have a separate fryer for chips too. We are there twice while in Boston and the food was very tasty and very good both Tomes's. Highly recommend it!

My book club met here because it has both GF and vegetarian options. They have a separate GF menu, which is great, but I didn't feel like our server knew much about celiac/GF. Still, I enjoyed my meal and didn't get sick!

Excellent choice. The burger bun was excellent, a beautiful slice of tomato, and the kids menu featured chickpea-floured chicken fingers that were moist and flavorful.

A separate gluten free menu with many options available, including gluten free burgers and bun with French fries. Was a little disappointed in the fries, since I was hoping for actual fries and not potato wedges. It's not often gfree fries are offered on the menu. Everything was great though. Kid friendly and casual! Would definitely recommend.

One of my favorite places to eat. They have a separate gluten free menu with many options for brunch, lunch and dinner. The food was great and I did not get sick, but be careful when ordering. Make sure that you reiterate that you are celiac or gluten intolerant and that you are ordering from the gluten free menu. When the waitress brought out my sandwich, I noticed that the bun was the same as the one my friend's sandwich had, which was not GF. The waitress said that it was her fault and apologized profusely. Luckily, I caught the error before I started eating. It could be have very bad!

I liked the atmosphere here and the food was good! The burger roll, while not the best I've ever had, was still decent and stayed together well. They also had several gluten free dessert options. I had a brownie sundae, which was delicious. It's always nice to find a restaurant where the gluten free menu is almost as big as the normal one - there are plenty of choices here and it's a 2 min walk from the Downtown Crossing T station, so very convenient!

Burger bun was so crumbly that it was useless. Other then that it was very good...it's always disappointing to get a bad bun though. I'd go back for something else. Very knowledgeable staff.

gf bun was okay. It was very crumbly. The rest of our food was not as the menu described ( glazed carrots w/o glaze) or overcooked. We were underwhelmed by this restaurant.

The gluten free burger bun was delicious and didn't fall apart which is always a plus! I went back the next week and had the mahi mahi tacos. Those did fall apart but were still pretty tasty despite having to eat with a fork and knife. They grilled the fish on a designated side of the grill which was nice.
