Wow is all I can say. Literally everything is gluten free Had the salmon role, Bamboo Dragon too with Shrimp tempura, and California roll. Staff very knowledgeable. Just the best ever

So many delicious options! My favorite sushi place. Have never had a problem getting sick. Almost the whole menu gf and the staff very educated. The crispy rolls are my favorite. Such a treat to get tempura rolls gf.

This place was great. Tons of gluten free options and the service was great as well. If I travel back to this area again I would definitely return.

So good and most of the menu is gf instead of just a few options. The menu is marked G for the few items that do contain gluten. GF tempura was nice to have as an option but not the best thing on their menu. I would definitely go back anytime.

Great food. Virtually everything Is gluten free with only a few items containing it. Any item containing gluten has a G next to it to be clearly marked. All sushi is gluten free.

The absolute best, 100% gluten free sushi restaurant! Even my non-gluten free husband thinks it’s the best sushi he’s ever had. The tempura, soy sauce, and everything else are all completely gluten free. There are burger buns served which is the only item with gluten in the whole restaurant, so it is safe for celiacs.

I was in heaven! Coming from a state that's not gluten free friendly in the same level as oregon,Oregon, this place is great. All gluten free. Food was great, service was great. Even their tempura was gluten free.

No after coming a few times I feel like I can do a real review. Every time we have come it is normally busy and now we just do reservations. The food and it predations are always top notch. All but one food item is gluten free. not many beer options for gf but cocktails and wine. Staff is always friendly, efficient and precise. They also cater to very young toddlers/infants.

I’ve never had such amazing options at a sushi restaurant, everything, except 3 items is gluten free, including their soy sauce and tempura. It was so fun getting to have tempura! Went with non-gf friends who found it was exceptional food as well.

Except for the bun on the hamburger the entire menu is gluten free. Excellent food with outstanding staff & service. We love their food, always safe, plenty of delicious offerings besides sushi which we don’t partake. We have eaten there many times and taken friends who are not GF who love eating at Bamboo Sushi too. Our favorites are the cucumber salad, spicy & sweet cauliflower with cashew nuts, a white fish served grilled with an orange broth & shrimp tempura!!! Everything on the menu is memorable. It is our favorite restaurant, at a fun venue to visit!

I've been here many times and have never gotten sick. Majority of the menu is gluten free, meaning celiacs have so many sushi options compared to other restaurants. Only two items on their menu have gluten. They're very careful about cc and take it super seriously.
