The worker was very sweet to my daughter. She got a new ice cream bucket and a clean scooper and washed her hands before scooping the ice cream.
Asked about Gluten free and was told they had no gluten free items at all. They were not willing to try to figure it out. Young children working there and were clueless.
I was able to see a GF menu online, and when I asked them to use a clean scoop for my ice cream, they were happy to do so.
Great GF ice cream. Had mint chocolate chip one night and a caramel chunk another night. Wonderful vacation treat.
Great customer service. It is a little pricey, but for safe ice cream, it is a nice treat.

Asked for the allergen menu and ordered off of there. It was easy and I didn’t get sick.
The employees have a printed list of gluten free flavors to choose from if you ask them. Lots of choices!

Factory tour was great, they offered me a safe sample both gf & df. Also was able to purchase a gf & df pint and a gf df lip balm
Asked for a gluten free safe scoop of coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz and received an “allergy scoop”. The employee washed their hands, and went out back to scoop ice cream from a separate container with a separate ice cream scoop to ensure there would be no cross contact.
Went on the factory tour and it was fantastic! When they gave out samples they had gluten and dairy free options (chocolate fish from phish food and second sample was lemon sorbet). When ordering from the ice cream counter after the tour I let them know I have Celiac and the server informed me she would switch gloves, wash up to her elbow, and use clean scoops and containers. I got the triple carmel chunk and absolutely loved it!
Best experience for GF! They create a separate work space and change gloves, wash hands, show ingredients per company policy then serve. Super safe and lots of options too!
Staff was polite and there were lots of flavor options that didn't hav gluten in them. Staff was very polite and helpful.
