Went on the factory tour and it was fantastic! When they gave out samples they had gluten and dairy free options (chocolate fish from phish food and second sample was lemon sorbet). When ordering from the ice cream counter after the tour I let them know I have Celiac and the server informed me she would switch gloves, wash up to her elbow, and use clean scoops and containers. I got the triple carmel chunk and absolutely loved it!
Best experience for GF! They create a separate work space and change gloves, wash hands, show ingredients per company policy then serve. Super safe and lots of options too!
Staff was polite and there were lots of flavor options that didn't hav gluten in them. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Shop is able to accommodate no cross contact, I asked them to serve from a fresh bin and they used a clean scoop. Their website clearly states which flavors are certified GF.
Good about cross contamination. Felt safe. A decent amount of gf options.
