Great food and service! Had a separate gluten free menu - be sure to ask for one. Server wasn’t sure on a couple of things and had the manager come over. Had the make your own stir fry, it was delicious!
This was the first time going for Chinese since being diagnosed celiac. They have a separate gluten free menu. The waitress still double checked my order with the kitchen to make sure it was gluten free and safe! They even have a gluten free lava cake for dessert. It was fantastic too! Highly recommend. Great service and attention to detail.
They gave me a whole GF menu and were super sweet and understanding. I have celiac and didn’t get sick :)

They have a gluten free menu and the servers were very knowledgeable about what gluten free precautions are taken. I have gotten the the chefs choice stir fry with tofu and the vegetarian gf kung pao sauce, and the green curry tofu bowl. Both have been delicious and I have not had any issues with cross contamination. They have some great vegetarian and vegan options.
I had a good experience. Everything was marked gf and I nima tested it and came back safe as well.
I’ve successfully eaten the gluten free Penang curry and pad Thai on multiple occasions without getting sick. When getting takeout, my entree container comes wrapped in a sealed plastic bag to help avoid cross contamination from gluten-containing entrees, with a hot pink allergy sticker.
I ate in the Schaumburg location. I have eaten here before many times. This time I got glutenised I had to go to the hospital. It was bad, I ordered chicken pad Thai.
The 2 last times we’ve ordered we’ve tested with our Nima sensor and both times it came back positive for gluten. We’re so bitterly disappointed.
Perfectly seasoned and clearly labeled for ALLERGY
Had the lettuce wraps and Thai pepper basil dish. Lettuce wraps were not what I expected, still good, but more like chicken in brown sauce served with bibb lettuce. Been sick for over 12 hours, was fine before eating here.

Love Big Bowl! I have been eating there about once a month since 2015, and the food is always consistent. Knowledgeable staff (waiters, managers, chefs) about celiac, and they take precautions against cross contamination. Highly recommend if you have never been to Big Bowl before.
The server was very knowledgeable on cross contamination and kitchen practices. They have a separate kitchen space to prepare the meal and use special allergy plates. The manager brings out all allergy meals. The food is good, not great, but it was a safe meal so I’d go back.
Very accomidating staff for GF. They seperated my plate and clearly marked GF. Ask for GF menu. Not sure about it being celiac friendly but everything seemed safe. Flourless choco cake!
Amazing options for Asian food, so yummy! They had different flavors than most gf Asian places. Great atmosphere too with dedicated gf menu.
Just ate here last night. Mongolian beef was yummo as was the pick your own stir fry. Food comes out in "allergy" bowls. The stir fry was made with it's own pan, utensils, etc... Very attentive to cross-contamination. My husband ordered a gf beer but they had run out. They usually do have one on hand though. Great option!
Fast seating. Great waitress and fast service. I had to use the Gluten Free Menu from the website but the Mongolian Beef and Praire Path GF free beer was delicious. Coming from MN, I ass impressed with the options here in IL.

Good gluten free menu! I’ve been eating the gf panang curry chicken for years and never got sick. Tried the gf desserts recently and they were also very good. Everything comes labeled on plates with red rings on them!

I was so excited to see the gluten free menu and loved the food, but I have been sick for three days now after eating there. I am new to this and have never been sick that long from eating out, and never after ordering a gluten free meal.
