I told my server about my gluten sensitivity, and he specifically came back to tell me that an item that I ordered (thinking it was safe) actually wasn't. He offered a substitute that worked for me. I really appreciated it!
I have eaten here twice and both times I have gotten very sick :( I don't think they take cross contamination very seriously.
BJ’s has good variety for GF options for salads, soups, pizza, GF buns available, pizookies, etc.
Some staff aren’t completely knowledgeable about the GF items, but the BJ’s app has an interactive menu that tells you all the ingredients and GF options like salad dressings etc.

The gluten free dessert cookie is amazing!!! I typically just order the grilled salmon with veggies on the side but have also had the gluten free pizza. While the food is great I def come for the dessert. However service is slow.
I got cheese pizza and the chocolate chip pizookie. The pizza is ok here. Not terrible not great it’s just food in my opinion. Saw the other reviews and was nervous I would get sick so that put my stomach in absolute knots even though I didn’t actually get sick from the food. Never have been glutened at a BJ’s and hopefully never will. A good option if you have nothing else. Would honestly just come here to enjoy the pizookie because it is soooooooooo good.
Wonderful! I got the same thing every time but it’s always great. I get the arugula and roasted beet salad and the GF pizza. I’ve even had the GF pizookie. One of my favorite places.
The recent menu changes leave us Celiacs with very limited options. And they aren’t all that palatable. The pizza is okay. So is the pizookie. But the other options are terrible. This used to be a weekly place for us. Now it’s maybe once a year.
The gluten free buns for the burgers fall apart really easily so it isn't the best I've had although it will do. They have gluten free pizza crust although I've never tried it. The gluten free chocolate chip pizookie is to die-for.
I went to this location and had the GF pizza and got EXTREMELY sick. I would avoid this particular BJ's as I feel they do not handle their food properly.
Pretty extensive gf menu with all the extra options like pizza toppings well labeled for additional allergies. Went on a Friday night around 6 and it was pretty packed. My food was great (baked potato with chicken, broccoli, and cheese) but the rest of the group was evenly split between finding their food disappointing (burger and chicken fried steak) and enjoyable (pizza).
best pizza ever! Gluten-free or not, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. And the gluten -free Chocolate Chip Pizookie topped with vanilla ice cream is fabulous. They have a BJ's club that is free to join where you acquire points each visit that are redeemable for free menu items. The Club also has notations for you or your family members who are gluten- free and the hosted and waiters already know when you sit down. I highly recommend them
Staff is well educated and know the gluten free options well. This is my first choice for gluten free pizza. Also have gluten free beer and desert!

They have a separate gf menu and also include drinks & desserts, which is nice. They have a certified GF thin crust pizza, which is delicious. I always feel safe eating here. Love this place!
yes to everything the last person said! just wish there were more GF options on the menu. most items are pre marinated.

Dedicated GFree menu with tons of options. Pretty good food quality for a chain restaurant. Had a good experience without getting sick.
BJ’s now has a GF menu! I also asked the server if the fries had a dedicated fryer since they were in the GF menu option. She went to asked in the kitchen and when she came back, she confirmed that they do. I ordered the Bacon-Guacamole Deluxe Burger with a GF bun and a side of fries. It was so good! And then for dessert I got the GF Chocolate Chunk Pizookie. My friend, (who is able to eat gluten) was going to order a regular pizookie for herself but we were both so full from the food that we decided to to share instead and she agreed with sharing the GF one. When it was brought out, I notice it was a bit smaller than the original one but when we both took a bite - MAN it was delicious!! Even my friend was saying how good it was and you really can’t tell the difference from the regular one! Overall the food was delicious and the important thing is I didn’t get sick afterwards. 🙌🏼 Also for drinks, I recommend the White Peach Margarita 🍹
Had pizza, I rarely eat pizza at restaurants due to cross contamination. However, our server was very knowledgeable and explained how it is prepared. I hesitate to comment too soon when I take a “chance”. It’s now the next morning and I’m symptomatic free. Thanks Amanda, you made my day!
Had a great burger at BJs- had absolutely no fear is the bun came out in a bag. Odd, yet comforting. And it was pretty good! The GF pizookie was the stuff of dreams. My server really knew her stuff too.
Ordered a burger on gf bread, mashed potatoes, and a gf pizookie. The burger was great! The bun was Udi's and soft.
Unfortunately, I was running to the bathroom after the pizookie. My belly is swollen and hurts. They said they were sure it was a good pizookie, so not sure where the cross contamination was.
Fries and chips have gluten, so be sure to avoid those.
