They USED to have an allergy menu and were very good. This last time I went I asked for an allergy menu and they said it was all on the regular menu. Apparently they do still have an allergy menu available so if you ask for it insist on it. They did mess up my meal (brought a burger on a regular bun instead of a gluten free bun) but i caught the error and they did remake the burger (unfortunately they messed up the remake by adding sauces that I had asked to be removed in my original order so it was not as good as I would have liked.)

Horrible service. Didn’t seem to care about my gluten allergy (celiac disease). When I asked for a gluten free menu was called princess in a derogatory statement. The gluten free menu was just the list of all their ingredients and if they contain wheat or not. Asked how they prepared the gluten free pizza and all the waitress said was they are very clean back there. Not very reassuring.

Service for sit down is bad but the food is good! I honestly come sometimes just for the broccoli cheddar soup. I would definitely recommend takeout for this specific location, but I’ve eaten here multiple times and have never gotten sick.

My husband and I have been to several BJ locations, in multiple states, and always encounter the same problems. The menu has reasonable options for gluten free, but the service is horrendous. Dinner with ordering water and two salads should not take over an hour and a half. The waiters and waitresses never come to check on us, so if you don't get it with your meal, don't expect to get it at all. We have desperately wanted to enjoy this restaurant chain and have decided now, after many bad experiences, that we won't be returning.
Server saw that I had printed off my own gluten free menu at home and immediately brought me the whole version. She was very nice but I'm not sure she fully understood the concept of cross contamination. I ordered a salad without tortilla strips (and also without cheese to make sure they had to make it fresh) and broccoli cheddar soup. Both were delicious with the berry cider and I didn't get sick. We will definitely go back and maybe try the gluten free pizza next time.

We went there with 16 people. Restaurant did a fabulous job. There were so many choices for my Celiac daughter. She had a pizza and a hot chocolate chip cookie w ice cream. Delicious. I had a portobello asparagus salad w goat cheese pumpkin seeds and Crain raisins. My husband had a pork chop. All were gluten free.

we are a family full of Celiac's and can all find some great to eat here, safely. the pizza is great and is a fave among my kiddos. the only issue we ever have is the occasional person bringing us bread/fruit plates before our meal...we just send them back. we have never been glutened at the Springboro or Springdale locations.

Had gluten free burger buns. First time I've ever seen that!
Excellent great pizza... Had mine with with feta and jalapeño
Some of my favorite pizza.
My favorite of the gluten free pizza options. They also have the option of gluten free beer and a pizzookie that can be made gf. I love going here.

Many options, have tried most of them, great! Love the dessert!
Good topping selection for their gf pizzas.
I like that they have multiple GF options, including dessert. It all tasted great and was a good GF dining experience.
Even has a GF cookie dessert!!
I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.
