I got takeout and think I had some cross contamination. The food tasted good but not worth the aftermath

I'm not sure why this has so many high ratings. Aside from pizza, there are like 6 things on the menu that are GF. 2 side salads, roccoli cheddar soup, ribeye, pork chop, and a kale bowl. The GF pizookie is nothing like the gluten-filled one.
The ribeye was ok, but not worth the nearly $30 price tag. No GF apps available. Pizookie was disappointing.
This isn't a place I'd go back to as there are too few options.

We just dined. My sons and I shared two gluten free pizzas. The staff was very clear on their procedures. Boys devoured their pizza and pizzookie

AMAZING gfree menu. The gluten free pizookie was to die for!!! I will return!
Server immediately knew about Celiac, manager came to the table to reassure me and to let me know precautions. GF menu was decent.
Yes
Server was not informed on celiac. Told us the rice was not gluten free.
No
Good selection with a GF menu. Ordered Caesar salad without croutons from the GF menu and informed waiter of allergy. Salad had a crouton buried within the lettuce. They were good about replacing it and rest of meal was okay.
Their broccoli cheese soup is amazing! My kids love their pizza and I get one of their salads or a huge baked potato. Never had an issue here.

Good gluten free pizza, and I've never gotten sick here. The gluten free pizookie dessert is delicious!

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.
