Arrived with great expectations from the previous reviews. I tried to get a power bowl, but the waitress asked and (after a long time of her being gone/figuring out if I could have it) they said I couldn’t.. so I went with a gluten free pizza, which was great. We must’ve had a new server as she seemed very unsure and not very knowledgeable about the menu (but she was very kind). We asked for the manager who seemed to understand allergies better and said she would make it herself in a clean space. I didn’t get sick, but I was nervous about it.

The pizza was really good! I wish they had a dedicated fryer to be able to eat fries though.

I love BJ’s! Haven’t had a bad meal there yet! Two of my favorite, go to meals are:
ENLIGHTENED SALMON QUINOA BOWL
&
ENLIGHTENED BLACKENED CHICKEN ZUCCHINI NOODLES
Check out their allergy listen. They also have it clearly stated on the menu.
The gluten free menu was amazing! My celiac daughter has had gf pizza, meals and the burgers with gf bun. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable! Our favorite part is the dessert of gluten free pizookie!

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.
