Food is awful but I guess better than no food? Ordered the Barbacoa chicken and it was so salty it was inedible and there was hair in it. Manager let me choose another meal so I got the BBQ chicken salad - lettuce was brown on the edges and had an off taste. Really not good. And I’m not a very picky eater.
They supply an allergen menu for dairy, gluten, peanuts, etc., and staff was knowledgeable.

Great gluten free pizza! It’s a thin crust but provides enough to make it taste like normal pizza! Love the sauce too!

I had a really great burger, they were allergy aware and careful with my food. They have gluten free chocolate chip cookie desserts!!!! With ice cream on top. It was SO good. I could go back every day for that dessert!. I have celiac n did not get sick afterward, so I will be back!! Can’t wait to try the pizza!
ETA: have been back many times, gluten free pizza is tasty! Love that they have separate work space for allergies, and I have safely eaten here. Still really enjoying that gluten free cookie! ๐

Our server was excellent, and without prompting told me she would let the kitchen know I can’t have gluten, never had to remind her. Housemade Cider on tap, a decent gluten free menu, and a delicious gluten free Pizookie for desert. Did not get sick! Looking forward to our next trip back.

Menu online had more options then it seemed in the restaurant. Our service was good but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about items. She just kept pointing us to the regular menu and told us to look for the GF logo.
Very knowledgeable staff, and were very accommodating. Had gluten free buns, and although the fries are not gluten free, they had many other options available.

Menu has GF items marked. When I asked for the burger that was marked GF, they asked me if I had an allergy. I explained I am Gluten Intolerant, non Celiac, but would like my food kept as GF as possible. They explained they will flag it as an allergy to ensure the proper kitchen space setup up for my meal. Food came out with a small pick that said "allergy." The bun was pretty good. It was rather hard in one spot, just one area. They offered to get me new bun, but I declined as it wasn't the whole bun. They have a nice selection of GF items, and a full GF menu online (not sure if that menu is in the restaurant.)

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.
