The first time I went here I ordered a chicken and rice bowl that was labeled gluten free on the menu. When the server brought it out, I only got chicken. She said she couldn't give me the rice because it had gluten. But it was labeled gluten free on the menu.
The second time I went here, I ordered the gluten free pizza and got sick.

My daughter is gf but does not have celiac. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about why certain things were not gluten free and was able to help us make modifications to her order for the best meal that fit her needs. Knowledgeable wait staff is priceless!! We are now 24 hrs post meal and no issues!

We eat gf pizza here all the time! Monday nights are half off pizza night for both dine in and carry out. It’s become our pizza carry out option since it’s safe for the whole family. I’ve gotten the gf pazookie when dining in with the family, and we really enjoyed that as well!

This is the first place I have ate at since I went gf. The waitress was very kind and helped me pick out a side. I got the shroom and swiss burger with a gf bun. The bun wasnt bad, it was a biscuit texture. I got a baked potato as my side.
I eat the gf cheese and/or pepperoni pizza ALL the time- & it is my favorite tasting gf pizza. Note your “allergy” for the server to add to your order, to alert the kitchen to use extra caution and change gloves. They are aware. They use separate pans and extra precaution paper for the gf pizza. And the gf pizookie always comes out in a dark pan (not a silver one-like all others)! Order with a peachberry iced tea and you’re in for a treat!(:

Regular menu is marked what is gluten free. Ordered pizza, waitress asked if allergy so she can alert kitchen. Came out on paper. One of the better ones I have had. I have had their gluten pizookie in LA. Make sure you save room!!

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.
