I actually think the pizza is pretty good, love the wide variety of toppings. The precautions for cross contamination are not there though!! They change their gloves but use the same toppings and prepare the pizza in the same line as the regular pizzas. I’ve had to ask them to remake my pizza multiple times for touching it to something that definitely had gluten on it. Definitely not celiac safe!

Cardboard pizza, expected but still disappointed. Had better pizza in a school cafeteria.

I always have a good experience at Blaze pizza and today was no exception! They verified I wanted Gluten free and repeated it to each staff member I engaged with. They use a separate pizza slicer and dedicated GF placemat when making my pizza, to minimize cross contamination in the pizza oven. I have never been sick after eating Blaze.

Great gluten free pizza. Make sure to communicate it’s an allergy/celiac and watch them prepare it. I’ve never gotten sick from it though!

I only eat here when I can go in a closely monitor them making my pizza. I always ask for them to use ingredients from under the counter. Watch closely to ensure they are using all red utensils and mats (red signifies to be used on GF only).

As delicious as the pizza was, it made me very sick. I explained all the usual things (gloves change, all my ingredients from brand new containers, not touching shared surfaces, etc) and they complied. Something I didn’t anticipate was the cooking oven, which is shared with regular pizzas. They did put it on its own little pizza tray, I was watching closely and my pizza ended up bumping up against another pizza as it went into the oven. I explained the situation and they remade it, and this time it didn’t touch any other pizza. However, even though it was marked, the person slicing pizzas after cooking almost cut my pizza with the glutened cutter! Thankfully I was watching like a hawk and I stopped him before he did. I was feeling fine about eating the remade pizza, but I got very sick from it. I wouldn’t recommend for Celiacs who are sensitive to cross contamination.

Went here a few days ago with a friend. Service was amazing! Upon asking for their gluten free crust, I was asked about my level of intolerance (basically if it was just a concern or a severe allergy). They take plenty of steps here to make sure that all of the customers are safe with what they eat!
