Their new cauliflower crust is amazing! I don’t suggest it if you have celiacs, but for people like me who have an autoimmune disease I can get away with a little cross contamination.
Over time, I noticed I was getting sick after eating here. The last time I went, I noticed they picked up the GF pizza to check the bottom... using the same spatula they use on all the other pizzas in the oven, defeating the purpose of the GF pizza being cooked on it own pan.

Update--the last several times I went, the staff was not close to careful about cross contamination and the quality seems to have gone way down since it opened. My brother and his wife still love the regular pizza, but as the site says, don't eat here if you are a Celiac--too risky!
App made me give it one star but it definitely does not deserve any stars. They have major cross contamination issues. Not for people with celiac disease.

The quality has changed here. The past three times here I personally watched them contaminate the pizza but placing the cooked pizza right on top of a wheat pie. Manager couldn't care less. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE CELIAC! They have GF pizza but their employees don't follow the company procedures. They lost a good customer
The GF pizza is very good. The best I have had outside my home while making my own. The servers ask if you want a glove change. They sometimes pull sauce and cheese from a designated area but I've seen them grab the cheese from the common bin. As a Celiac I have to watch very closely and give most employees directions on how to handle my pizza. For instance they can't throw my GF pizza on the table prior to placing it in the oven,. The table is full of flour and it flies into the air when they plop it onto the table. So, a bit of guidance is needed. I ask to place my pizza straight into the oven, this works. Great pizza one of my favorites!

Probably the best gf pizza I've ever had and the first place I've ever been where they ask if they need to change their gloves. Super nice staff and I'm definitely gonna be coming back soon!!
I always get the GF build your own pie, with every toping, except olives. And it is amazing. Fresh ingredients and large selection of toping makes this my go to place for pizza, every time.

Loved it! The crust is extremely thin, but nice and crisp. Was asked if I needed gloves changed as soon as I said I needed a gf pizza. Toppings and sauces for gf pie were in a separate area and the pie was made on a separate pan. Oven was swept out prior to putting the pizza in and pizza was put way in back. VERY careful!
The pizza is absolutely amazing and extremely celiac friendly
I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
