We went here with high hopes but left without eating. We asked if the gf pizza was made in a separate area and the guy taking my order said yes then said the flour they use is gluten free. I said the regular pizzas are gluten free flour and he said yes. He had NO idea what gluten was. If they are not even training their staff to k ow what gluten is I don’t see how they can keep it separated and safe. My husband went back in to speak with the manager and he apologized but did say they are cooked in the same grates at the gluten pizza so even if the kid did know what gluten is there is cross contamination anyway. Definitely NOT celiac safe

Blaze has outstanding gluten free pizza. Fresh GF dough pressed on a separate machine. Staff walks your pizza down the line as you pick sauces (from dedicated bins), cheeses and toppings. Make sure to ask for glove change when you order. Separate tools are used to slice pizzas after they are cooked. Make your own salads available as well.
Yes
They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
