When I dined here, they had 3 GF options for crust. The server recommended the GF Keto crust. I opted for this. They put these metal number on your food, but they aren’t sanitized. The server picked a couple up and found they had cheese or other goop on them before placing a clean looking number with my crust (on a red silicone mat to indicate GF). He asked if I wanted a glove change, which I replied yes. The first thing they did after that was ladle sauce on the pizza. However, they used the same ladle on a pizza before mine that was not gluten free. This wouldn’t matter if not for the fact that in ladling the sauce they make direct contact with the dough and spread the sauce around before placing in back into the sauce bucket. They then used gloves to pick up cheese etc, to put on pizza. The metal number then went directly on top of the pizza (which probably wasn’t sanitized and had been on other pizzas based on what I saw when we first ordered). After the pizza was fired, it was cut with the same pizza-cutter that other pizzas were.
So regardless of the marked tray for your pizza and change of gloves, I can say cross-contamination was not taken seriously at all. The menu items are labeled GF but are more rightfully Gluten-sensitive. This place is not celiac friendly.

They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
