Lots of options!! Very knowledgeable staff.
Yes
You must watch carefully BUT I eat there every Friday night with NO issues (pizza night in our house) they use special sauce, glove change (you need to ask for)they cook it on a special matt and the dough comes from its own machine (where i live, not all do i guess) the mat lets the person on the end know its GF so they use a special pizza cutter. As long as you are paying attention as well there should be no problems
No way is this GF If your have celiac. My wife has celiac. she has gotten sick there. I still eat there and you can see the cross contamination ever time I go there. If you do not have celiac it's fine.
No
I told the first staff member in line about my Celiacs and they marked my paper as gf and glove change. When the next person in line received my paper, he put a regular crust on it and didn’t change his gloves. I had to ask them to start fresh with a new liner because of the contamination. The manager took over and got me fresh toppings, but had I not questioned and double checked, I would’ve been eating a gluten pizza. The staff, other than the manager, was completely uneducated about gluten free protocols. The oven man also put my pizza on the wrong liner, but luckily the wrong liner was gluten free too.
No
If you have Celiac, make sure you tell them, and they'll change their gloves. You can also request that they use fresh toppings instead of the ones in the line, which may be contaminated. This location has been extremely accommodating, and I've never gotten sick.
They have special sauce so there is no cross contamination and they cook the gluten free crust on a paper dish to avoid cross contamination as well. As soon as you say that you have an allergy or celiac disease, the person making your pizza changes their gloves and takes care of you. Delicious make your own pizzas!
Yes
Would not recommend this place. If they had dedicated gluten free areas it would be fine but they use the same utensils on GF pizzas that they do on other pizzas. Last time I went in the gave me a regular pizza instead of gluten free and when I went back to get it corrected they seemed annoyed with me. Cross contamination is everywhere, will not be going back.

I don’t have celiac and understand eating out at non-dedicated facilities carries some risk, but I’m rarely so uncomfortable with the environment that I consider not eating my food, like I was here. I’ve been to other Blaze locations and had a fine experience, but they made my pizza right on the line, only changes gloves because I asked, and would have used the same knife to cut it had I not been paying attention and stopped them. Could have just been an off night as they were pretty busy, but exercise caution.

Staff was not super careful with the gf pizza. After pizza came out of oven it was placed on same rack as regulars pizza so it was cross contaminated. Watch your food carefully!!! Toppings are scarce especially after having to pay extra for a gf crust. Won’t be back. Super bummed.

Got gluten free pizza and they use a different ladle if you tell them that you are gluten free because of an allergy. Dad is dairy free can also eat here!

Their GF crust and sauces are good but they appear to do very little for cross contamination. Goes in the same oven with gluten crust, uses the same pizza cutter for everything.
