Worse gluten free crust ever. Taste like paper. Terrible.

Blaze may offer gluten free dough, but that is the extent they seem willing to cater to those with a true dietary need. Cross contamination of surfaces and utensils, even when informed of an allergy. Very disappointing.

I have celiac and have never had any problems just make sure to mention you need them to change their gloves and to use the red sauce that's separate for gluten free only pizzas.

Great pizza! Gluten free crust, vegan cheese options. They make it in front of you (think Subway) and wood fire cook it. Will do glove changes if you ask. They cook gluten free on a mat, on the same wood fire oven.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
