Some of the utensils they used come in contact with gluten (at least I think) but I’ve never had a problem and I’m celiac. If you order a gluten free pizza they ask if you need a glove change and they don’t cross contaminate the sauce.
Gluten free pizza is amazing

They changed their dough recipe. It contains dairy now. The employee wasn’t sure it’s celiac approved now either, but it is Keto they said 🙄.
I ate here one time. They did a good job of making sure my pizza was not c.c. but the pizza was terrible. I won’t eat at Blaze again.

Great pizza. Freshly made dough. Fresh and hot. No problem here.

They ask if you need a glove change, bake the pizza on a separate tin and also use a designated cutter at the end!

Very thin, rice cracker like crust. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is the best gluten free pizza in town. The owner is great also sonic burgers! Build your own is the best option. Get the rewards app.
Celiac aware for sure - even asking for glove change and separate sauce pan and cutting wheel. Fresh and tasty

Love how accommodating the employees are with my allergy! They were also very nice and talkative, my experience was overall great! Also the pizza is so yummy :) I'll be back for sure
Very thin but tasty GF crust. Nice atmosphere with great specialty pizzas.
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!

Use the same press for regular and GF dough. Not celiac safe at all
