This location has gone downhill. They run out of gf crust often. It was cooked properly and pretty tasty the first couple times I had it. After some bad instances though I likely won’t return. The newer hires apparently weren’t trained to cook the GF crust. It comes out translucent and gummy, even when you ask for “well done.” Ingredients are also literally everywhere and I see no glove changing so there’s definitely cross contamination. I didn’t look at my last pizza closely until I got home. Called to complain, and you can’t talk to anyone (even though the place was just pretty much empty)

Have been here twice and ordered the gluten-free pizza. It was good and I had no symptoms after eating it.
I just wish the crust could be firmer; even after cooking it well done it is really soft.

Sadly I was exposed usually a really good experience here but I went on Sunday 9/8 and I got sick. Celiac.

I only eat here when I can go in a closely monitor them making my pizza. I always ask for them to use ingredients from under the counter. Watch closely to ensure they are using all red utensils and mats (red signifies to be used on GF only).

As delicious as the pizza was, it made me very sick. I explained all the usual things (gloves change, all my ingredients from brand new containers, not touching shared surfaces, etc) and they complied. Something I didn’t anticipate was the cooking oven, which is shared with regular pizzas. They did put it on its own little pizza tray, I was watching closely and my pizza ended up bumping up against another pizza as it went into the oven. I explained the situation and they remade it, and this time it didn’t touch any other pizza. However, even though it was marked, the person slicing pizzas after cooking almost cut my pizza with the glutened cutter! Thankfully I was watching like a hawk and I stopped him before he did. I was feeling fine about eating the remade pizza, but I got very sick from it. I wouldn’t recommend for Celiacs who are sensitive to cross contamination.

Went here a few days ago with a friend. Service was amazing! Upon asking for their gluten free crust, I was asked about my level of intolerance (basically if it was just a concern or a severe allergy). They take plenty of steps here to make sure that all of the customers are safe with what they eat!
