They are great with. Being careful about CEO’s contamination. They ask if it’s an allergy and they change their gloves. The sauce is covered and separate. They have vegan cheese, great for me since I am dairy free also. The pizza itself is not that great. But it takes care of a craving when I want a pizza.
Asked if I wanted gloves changed. Cleaned the dough press, then changed gloves. However toppings are shared which is a risk for cross contamination. Although they are careful, with shared equipment and toppings I would not call it safe for celiacs.

They cook gluten free pizzas on little mats instead of putting the pizzas directly in the oven (which is how they cook gluten pizzas). The food is good. They always ask if I need them to change their gloves before making my food, and they’ll use a separate pizza slicer to slice the pizza. They also prepare and cook the pizza right in front of you, so you can keep an eye on it.
SO GOOD!! I am also dairy free, so how awesome to be able to actually eat a delicious pizza!! Highly recommend!!
Very good crust celiac aware
Many GF options. I’d rather pay for a GF BYO pizza here than a frozen GF pizza for the same price + less fresh toppings. They remade my pizza, saying there was a CC issue and I really appreciated the honesty and willingness to restart for my safety. 10/10 would recommend GF pizza from here. It was delicious!
Blaze is incredibly well-priced, filling, tasty, and full of options! My favorite gluten free & dairy free comfort food option.
