I’ve never had any issues with this location and because of that I felt confident coming here on Pi day. As soon as I said gluten free crust they asked if it was an allergy and proceeded to write allergy in big bold letters and underline it. Then when it was time for them to start adding toppings to my pizza all the employees finished working on their current pizzas and changed gloves. They knew to use a different sauce and toppings without me having to ask. I think everyone in line behind me was a little confused as to why the line suddenly stopped for a minute but all the employees knew how to handle the situation perfectly.

I'm gluten free/dairy free because of IBS, so I'm not celiac... If I were celiac I probably would never eat out and I wouldn't risk it here even though they're careful. You have to really catch them and ask for a glove change and for new paper if they've already touched one for your order. Also, if you're dairy free and the worker seems new, make sure they use Dolipas(sp) sauce instead of marinara, same thing just separate from the cheese and less chance of cross contamination. That being said, I love the pizza here! The DF cheese melts! The toppings are great too and it is a all just great for the times I'm craving GF/DF pizza! Most places have gf crust but not vegan cheese dip in really happy that this place exists!

Pizza tastes great but there was a lot of cross contamination and I had a reaction. I’ve been to other locations that handled it all perfectly. This location just needs some training.

They have gluten-free crust, and it's affordable. You can get a standard pizza, any topping you want on GF crust for around $11.00. It is a shared cooking environment, and a shared oven. The crust was okay, but there are other restaurants with better crust. Their crust was very thin and soggy. The crust wouldn't even hold the toppings on my pizza. They have horrible customer service. This was my first time eating at this restaurant (and location). I ordered online. I went inside to see the cashier, and when I walked in NONE of the employees greeted me or made eye contact. They was no acknowledgment that a customer even walked in. I then went to the online order section, and waited behind one woman. Another man came up from the right of me, from the Order Inside Line. When it was my turn, he then tried to cut in front of me. I said I was actually next in line. The cashier asked me 1 question, there was no other communication. When I signed me receipt she then turned to the man who tired to cut in front of me and apologized to him! She then cooked his pizza first, and I waited for another 5 minutes after mine was supposed to be ready. Not to mention, I am concerned about health department codes! When I opened the box, the pizza was sitting directly on top of my printed receipt from the restaurant! I have no idea how many hands touched that receipt, where it has been, or if the ink was even dry and she put my pizza directly on top of it!

I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
