My Boyfriend has Celiacs and we normally go up the street to Pizza Rev but wanted to try something different. They do have GF options available and have them clearly labeled. When we went in and he ordered the GF Keto option we told the girl making our pizzas It was for an ALLERGY. She looked at us kinda confused and processed to make his pizza. She DID NOT do any type of procedures to help prevent cross contamination and used the same spoons for the sauce and never changed her gloves. My boyfriend ended up having a small attack 2 hours after consumption. I personally love blaze and have been a customer since they opened and prefer It Over pizza rev. If it’s a gluten preference deff would recommend but for an allergy save the pain and go to PIZZA REV, they take food allergies more serious.

The staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful regarding gluten-free items and does a glove change and well-marked single serve disposable contact items. Current allergen information is available on their website and they have this information also available at this location. They have 3 different gluten free crusts at this time of this review: GF Cauliflower crust, GF Keto crust, and my favorite, their original GF dough crust. Their white cream sauce is surprisingly gf as are items like their sausages and chorizos. Although I once had a respiratory reaction to eating on site, the food itself has always been safe and never caused me any troubles. It is truly exceptional!!
This is one my favorite gf fast food restaurants of all time. for $8, you build your own pizza with any toppings you want and as much as you want to make a pizza that is ready in just a few minutes. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free issues. They have gluten free pizza dough and dedicated pans they use along with doing glove and utensil changes when asked. All of their meat (besides meatballs) are gf as are their cheeses. Blaze Pizza is sincerely the best pizza place I have been to for gluten free options. We are usually in and out within 10 minutes. Incredibly fast and delicious!

They asked if I would like a glove change and used extra precautions to avoid cross contamination without me having to ask. Pizza was yummy!
Made to order pizza over a wood fire stove. Awesome pizza.
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
