Bob's Burgers and Brew

Offers amazing gluten free buns, accessed their GF menu through their website. However, I've read on other sites the buns can be gross if not fresh. Waiters weren't terribly informed about allergens, she asked if I wanted my GF chicken burger "crispy or grilled". I would be worried about cross contamination. I was not affected after eating their fries though.

They take allergies very seriously here. The Mangers wife has a wheat allergy and his daughter is celiac so they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a dedicated gf fryer for fries. They have a fry salt that has no gluten but is made in a facility with wheat so its left off unless you ask for it. I've gone a bunch of times, it's our go to dine out place. I'm extremely sensitive to gluten and I've never gotten sick. I get a Hawaiian burger with gf bun and it's delicious. Their food is fantastic. I absolutely recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Great service, knowledgeable waitstaff! There were several gf options including baked potato, and gf buns for all of the burgers and sandwiches. My daughter opted for the nachos with chicken, which is grilled on its own dedicated meat-only grill to avoid cross-contamination. A great experience!

My son and I both have celiac disease and are so thankful that we found Bob’s Burgers in Puyallup! Our server, Johnet, was very knowledgeable (she said she has celiac family members) so we get very comfortable with her. The General Manager (along side our fantastic server) did a great job making sure that we were 100% safe. The food was AMAZING! This will be my family’s go to restaurant as long as Johnet is our server.
