Fantastic food and out of this world service! I was assured numerous times that cross-contamination was completely avoided and that my food was safe. They checked on us numerous times and were so polite. It did not feel overwhelming. They were careful to make small talk well checking in with us where it felt natural. Food was fantastic. Gluten feee menu provided. By the way, if you like mushrooms, these are quite possibly the best mushrooms in the world! I would literally come back here just for the mushrooms. Not that the food otherwise wasn’t great ( it it definitely was) but those mushrooms were fantastic. Forget writing home about!!!!!! They were worth contacting mars about!

Located in the Omni, this is a very nice restaurant. We eat at Bob’s whenever there is one in a city we travel to. They’ve never gotten me sick. Thanks Bob.

Had a group dinner here with a set menu and they were very accommodating. Staff was confident and very communicative with the kitchen to let them know it was celiac. Lots of options and very impressed with their wait staff.

Great experience again at Bob’s. The gf menu has a lot of items - I love the filet with baked potato and carrot. I’m not celiac but am severely gluten intolerant - and had no issues.

Be forewarned: it's expensive and there is a slight dress code. However, you are signing up for one of the greatest eating experiences ever! Steaks, fish, and most sides are all celiac-safe. Wait staff is top of the line, attentive, and very helpful on handling allergens. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

They are very accommodating of gluten free. Quote from manager's email: "We do not marinate any of our steaks and our only seasoning is salt, pepper and butter. We offer several gluten free options. I actually eat gluten free as well.We do not have a separate menu but all of our servers take allergies very seriously. Most of our items are naturally gluten free such as the steaks, bake potato, smashed potatoes, most of the salads. All of our dressings are made in house. Even the creme brûlée is a safe dessert option." The hostess that took my reservation did not know about gluten free options. But she called me right back and said there is a board in the kitchen that says what has gluten in it. There is no bread, pasta, that type of thing there. But for straight up steak, salad, and veggies this is a good, but expensive option. It's a super nice restaurant and reservations are recommended.

The restaurant is not gluten free knowledgeable - the waitress knew about their Texas heritage though.

Ordered the prime Ribeye medium rare plus. It arrived with no juice and when I cut into it no juices escaped. While the waitress maintained that they only serve freshly delivered steaks the one I was served was most likely expired hence the lack of Ribeye taste.

They comped us but it was disappointing that "the best steak restaurant on Amelia Island" serves rotten steak!!! It looked horrible and thin but then again they seated us in a very dimlit spot. Maybe they thought we wouldn't notice it was bad???

Though, as a steakhouse, many of their menu items are “naturally” gluten-free, our waiter did not know the answer to any of our questions about whether menu items contained gluten. Salad dressing? “Probably.” Appetizer? “Maybe.” No offer to find the information. I did not become ill after eating here, and the food was delicious, so I’ll likely be back, but next time I’d call first for clarity about GF menu options and/or ask to speak with a manager.
