Great local ambiance. Staff was helpful and seemingly accommodating to celiacs. But the basic hamburger caused a celiac reaction with me. I only eat out every two or three weeks in order to identify the correct source if I have a reaction.

The food is good, but I’d expect some cross contamination. They toast their regular buns on the same grill as all the burgers. It’s a shame. I used to love this chain. They used to keep it all separate. This is the second location I’ve tried.

They do carry a gluten free bun and claim the fryer is dedicated. I’ll just stick to the fries and root beer float if I come back.

I also thought it was really expensive.

Staff was so nice and knowledgeable. Gluten free fryer for fries. Excellent gluten free bun. Condiments labeled for gluten. They said they get a lot of gluten free customers and were happy to serve them.

Clearly labeled GF items. Lots of sauces to choose from. Dedicated fryer. Burgers were small and it was expensive. Food was ok. Good atmosphere and staff were helpful.

Boise Fry Company is the best, local joint to grab fries and a burger! They only fry fries and can switch gloves upon request! I usually ask for them to use a new sauce if it isn't squeeze! Gluten free buns too!

Great fries, but the hamburgers are cooked on the same surface as regular burger buns. And they are not forthcoming with this information. When I first asked they assured me that the GF buns are cooked on a separate surface. But it’s the burger patties that are glutened, unfortunately.

The last time the guy cooked my grilled cheese (made on an inside out GF hamburger bun) on a piece of foil. We went tonight through and they didn’t offer to do that (or anything besides change gloves). We just decided to stick with Red Robin so we left.

They used to have a separate bun toaster years & years ago, but decided to just warm the buns on the grill. Too bad.

They have gluten free buns and lots of sauces to add and everything is clearly marked. It was great for a quick bite to eat on our way to Home Depot.

A person with Celiac should probably stick to the fries...as far as I know the friers are gluten free and only fries are put in them. As for the hamburgers, they are indeed delicious enough to be tempting but the safety and possibility of cross-contamination is highly varied across location and depends on the personality and training of the specific worker that day who helps you. Also I don't go to any of the locations at all anymore because of an extremely unpleasant run-in I had with Massar, the manager of the meridian store and the owner's brother. Ladies beware of that guy.

A person with Celiac should probably stick to the fries bc as far as I know the frier is completely gluten free. As for the burgers, I have eaten there quite a few times with mixed results. Some locations used to have a dedicated gluten-free grill but don't anymore. They sometimes can accommodate by putting aluminum foil down but not always. I also don't eat there at all anymore because of an unpleasant run-in I had with the brother of the owner (he manages the restaurant in Meridian I believe)... Ladies steer clear of that guy for sure.

I was excited to try this place, but the burgers and buns are cooked on the same flat top. The cashier said that they place the burgers in a specific spot, but I am very sensitive to cross contamination so I did not end up eating here.

If you are not sensitive to cross contamination, it could be ok, but I am disappointed that it was not a dedicated prep space.
