I had eaten here a couple times previously, and they handled my gluten free order just fine. This last visit left me sick the next day, so unfortunately I will probably not be back. The waitress was helpful with my order, and offered gluten free options, but I’m very reactive to cross contamination & it’s not worth the risk if the kitchen can’t handle it. It’s too bad because the food is good

Tacos are pretty good but not exceptional. Really good gluten free cheese bread! Gluten free options clearly marked on the menu, they may need to make alterations though... for instance, the chips are in a shared fryer, so if you get guacamole they'll give you veggies to dip it in instead. I felt fine after my meal

Cheesy bread is AMAZING. Tacos were great - they actually double wrap them in soft corn tortillas to help keep the taco together and not fall apart. Also great GF alcohol options. Chips/fries are in a shared fryer but many options outside of those.

Had fresh guacamole and veggies, as chips have a shared frier. Had tacos with corn tortillas and they were the best I have ever had. Would recommend the chorizo and potatoe taco if you like spice. The floors and tables were spotless, even the opening to the kitchen were food is placed before serving was spotless. Very knowledgeable staff and exceptionally clean restaurant. Would recommend to anyone. They also have vegetarian and vegan options.

Knowledgeable server. Chips aren’t safe (common fryer) but they brought us great veggies to dip in our guacamole and corn tortillas too. Cheese bread was awesome.

This place is amazing! Very knowledgeable and much of the menu is gluten free. The Brazilian Cheesy bread is crazy good. Guacamole is fantastic too (add bacon and queso!). If you are celiac, the chips are fried in a shared fryer, so make sure to bring your own, or they will give you some soft corn taco shells to dip with. That’s pretty much the only negative here. They also have a great variety of Rum’s to try.

The staff is super knowledgeable & they will even modify food not marked gluten free if possible. If you haven’t tried the cheesy bread, DO IT. It’ll change your life.

Delicious! Sever was extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu. The menu has items marked "Not gluten free". Chips are made in a shared fryer. I did test them on my Nima sensor and they came back as no gluten detected. I would stay away from them unless you have a Nima to ensure your chips are safe. They did bring me a variety of veggies for the guacamole (which is to die for with mangos and Chipotle honey) and honestly, they were better than the chips! Let them know you need 100% corn tortillas. The jalapenos are pickled in soy sauce so ask them to be left off. Our sever brought that to my attention. I had a rum flight, Brazilian cheese bread (amazing), blackened fish taco, grilled Ahi tuna taco, and the Rio chicken taco. Sorbet is their GF dessert option.

Excellent food with a lot of Gluten Free options. Be careful that just because they call out the non gluten free options ( most are gluten free ) that you need to specify you have a gluten allergy so they will prepare it correctly.
Eaten here many times with my sister and SIL - we are all celiac and never had any trouble. Let your server know before ordering and they’ll help you pick out things on the menu. You know the tacos are on corn tortillas because they’re doubled up. Guac and Brazilian cheesy bread is also super good.

I’ve eaten safely at Bomba a number of times. The servers are well-educated on celiac, will always flag my items, and even for things that are usually made in the shared fryer will have them put in the dedicated fryer.

Items marked gluten-free but share surfaces throughout the cooking process including the grill. Luckily the server warned me due to personal knowledge of gluten-free needs and was able to tell me which foods were actually safe. From a huge selection of gluten free items listed on the menu - the server was only comfortable serving a handful as truly gluten free. The food I got was good but you need to make sure you disclose and request separate cooking or the gluten free items will be cooked on glutened surfaces.
