BoomBozz Pizza & Taphouse

Recently spoke with the general manager and her son has allergies and she gets it. I have eaten here twice in the last month and both times I had zero issues. I am very sensitive to CC and did not get sick at all. The staff was knowledgeable and the food was really good.

I visited here and had to leave. They said they could not guarantee (or even try to not have) any cross contamination. I am fairly comfortable if they said they would try but the waiter did not give any confidence they would try or had any knowledge of Celiac.

Avoid if you have Celiac! No separate handling...you will get glutened.

Gluten free pizza is delicious! Usually GF crust is hard & taste like saw dust. Not BoomBozz....... Just amazing.

The pizza was delicious. Had the Greco specialty. The problem was the server! She was clueless as to what toppings I could have on their GF pizza crust. There is no real GF menu! I had to request to talk to the kitchen manager to figure out what to order. They were very knowledgeable! But then they delivered my salad with croutons! Of course told them NO croutons! Redeliverd my salad with questionable crouton crumbs so I made my boyfriend eat it. Overall challenging experience but the pizza was great and I didn't get sick!!

Spoke to a manager and he told me they don’t bother to change their gloves or pull from fresh containers because they use the same pans and cutting utensils. He also said pretty much everything is coated in flour in the back. “Gluten sensitive only”

I called ahead to ask if the gluten free crust is kept in dedicated pans. They said that they wipe down when preparing gf pizza and the gf crust is made in a dedicated facility, however there is always a risk for cross contamination as the other crusts are made in house and flour is involved and can spread easily in the air. The menu looked good and they were very knowledgeable and nice, however we didn’t want to risk it.

Pizza was okay. Not the best but not the worst. Service was great!
