Not celiac friendly!!!
Service was not very good either. Our waiter seemed to have way too much going on to give the proper amount of attention. We were very clear that one of the four dishes we were ordering needed to be gluten free. He seemed to pass over it and not pay much attention to it. We had three orders of the Pasta Brio with one of them needing to be gluten free. My wife has celiac and had 5 bites and could already tell there was cross contamination. Would not recommend for anyone with any sort of gluten intolerance. Service was less than ideal as well. We will not be going back.

The main menu has items marked that can be made GF. I had the steak salad and it was quite good (I'm not usually a salad guy). They marked the plate as GF to differentiate it from the others at the table that ordered the same thing. They do offer a pasta and salmon as well.

I was originally supposed to go to Cheesecake Factory with friends for dinner, but the wait was 2.5 hours long, so we walked around and found this great place. I was so surprised at the plethora of options! From what I saw, they have special menus on request specifically for GF, vegan, vegetarian, and I think dairy free. They had starters, salads, a soup, 5-6 pasta options, steak, fish, and two desserts. I ordered the house salad plus carbonara with chicken added and loved it! I also highly recommend the peach bellini and peach sangria. Expect to pay around 14 (just pasta) to 40 (salad, pasta, and alcohol) a person for dinner.
Yes
They have a GF menu with GF options (salads, chicken, steak, fish, pasta). The pasta dishes are just ok and very pricey for what you get ($19). There wasn't much chicken in either of our pastas, and the sauces were excessively salty. The waiter was simply mediocre, rushing us through our meal. It's nice to have this option, but it's expensive chain restaurant food. Disappointing.
They have a dedicated GF menu but do recommend that you shouldn't eat there if you have celiac because of the shared kitchen. I had a pasta from the GF menu with red pepper sauce, chicken and mushrooms, it was lovely.

Called to make a res and they informed me they are "gluten friendly" but not gluten free. Straight up advised me not to eat there if I have celiac. I appreciated their honesty!

After a terrible attempt at The Cheesecake Factory across the street (even their salads aren't GF! And the staff was clueless), I walked into Brio with tears streaming down my face, figuring that an Italian restaurant would be the very last place I'd be able to find something to eat. Boy was I wrong! Not only did they have a dedicated GF menu, the manager quickly recognized my hunger-induced panic and did an amazing job at helping me choose something to eat and personally ensured that it would be prepared GF. My experience here made my whole day. I would highly recommend.
Yes
I worked here briefly. None of the "gluten free" options are safe. All of the "gluten free" pasta is cooked in the same water at the same time as the gluten pasta. The cook uses the same spatula all night on all dishes, so even the risotto is contaminated. There are no special protocols for gluten free meals at all, even if it is an allergy. Additionally, servers are supposed to know which items are gluten free/dairy free/peanut free and they just take a guess. I sent people away who asked for gluten free due to an allergy or Celiac because I knew nothing from the kitchen here was safe. As a Celicac, I never ate anything from the kitchen. The management will insist that their gluten free options are indeed gluten free because they don't know what gluten is. The grilled chicken is okay unless the grill cook uses the pasta spatula to flip it, which he often does. Even the strawberry salad uses contaminated candied pecans.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never been disappointed with the many options on the menu. The wait staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

My daughter worked here, they cook the GF pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Avoid if you're serious about GF.
