There were little shapes on the menu showing which options could be made "gluten free" but the server was not sure what part of a chicken caeser salad would have gluten. I suggested the croutons not be used and she asked the kitchen about the dressing. I was advised the dressing was "gluten free." So I ordered the chicken caeser salad and looked through it. I thought the "crumbs" were parmesan cheese.... I hoped they were. Several hours later and I know I had ingested gluten somehow. I had only eaten breakfast in my own home and my midday meal at Brio. I will not be returning.
