Their menu isn’t marked as gluten free, but right when I asked about it they suggested the poutine which did not disappoint!! The employee advised he is also gluten free which is always reassuring

Finally got to try poutine for the first time and not only did it not make me sick, it was incredible! Staff/Kitchen very knowledgeable about CC. Will absolutely go out of my way to come back in the future.

Small mom and pop restaurant in a business area of Brampton. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Most of their menu is made in house and they seem dedicated to serving well made food. I had a poutine - their fries and poutine are always made GF but it was way too much for me to eat haha. I would return again to try their GF bread.

Never felt safer eating a burger and onion rings. I really enjoyed the food (all made inhouse) and the owners are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, make excellent food, and create a welcoming atmosphere. So happy I visited this place, highly recommend. The husband ordered the brisket and salad. He loved the sandwich and their homemade BBQ sauce and salad dressing too.

OH. MY. GOD. If I could give 50 stars I would. Had the brisket melt on GF bread with GF gravy and ONION RINGS TO DIE FOR!!! They use corn starch for the frying and it absolutely works!!!

I only come to this area on business 3 times a year but now I'm going to make a POINT of coming here.

The food here is amazing! Absolutely delicious and GF. Delicious hand cut fries, home made onion rings, sandwiches, soup and salad. Service was fantastic.

Found this little restaurant using my GF Finder. What a HIT. Manager explained everything I could have on the menu, took the time to tell me he changes his apron, uses clean work space and new utensils. Manager was absolutely very knowledgable about Celiac. Food was AMAZING! Not one complaint and prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place. Well WORTH IT! ***** 5 star rating.

They are very knowledgabe about celiac. They explained their cross contamination precautions with ease. I felt so comfortable eating here and the food was amazing. Onion rings and brisket come recommended.

BriSkit is not to be missed! It truly is a gem of a place for GFers. The owner is very knowledgeable about GF and Celiac. He makes his own sausage and franks so he knows what goes into his products. He is very conscious about keeping separate dedicated fryers and separate utensils for GF and non-GF food . And if you go on Friday, it is fish and chips day! The batter is nice and golden brown and the chips are great! Definitely not to be missed!

The staff was really nice and the chef came up to talk to me about how they prepare everything. Everything on the menu can be ordered gluten free and as it turns out a lot of the items are only made gluten free.

I ordered a sandwich and it just so happened they ran out of bread today. From what they told me he makes his own and they order bread in. They felt so bad they gave me extra meat fries and onion rings and a side of gravy. Everything was prepared well and tasted good. I can't wait to try other menu items.

I'm here on business for the next two weeks and I intend on spending every lunch here. I would have dinner too but they close before I am finished work.
