No separate fryer. Many of the “gf” options had the salsa chips which apparently are fried in their fryer. Somewhat disappointing choices for a GF menu.

Our server and the hostess were knowledgeable about celiac disease, and gave us our safe options. They had excellent food, but not a separate fryer.
The waitress what knowledgeable about celiac and told me to get grilled chicken instead of blackened chicken on my cowboy salad. It was delicious and I felt great after! On top of that they have a heavenly gluten free warm brownie with ice cream on top... so so good. I will go back!
Yes
I wouldn't suggest eating here if you are celiac. They don't have a dedicated fryer so I couldn't eat much. I had a burger with a salad and got very, very ill. It could've been cross contamination so I wouldn't go back!

Staff was very knowledgable about cross-contamination. The server, manager, and kitchen staff were aware of what was safe for Celiac folks. We were told by the manager that very little on the menu would be okay to eat. Basically, the Cowboy salad or Caesar salad without croutons. Both the grill and single fryer were deemed unsafe by staff. Salads are prepared in a separate area. The server did say that some items could be baked instead of fried like the french fries or yam fries, but the manager emphasized that the kitchen was an "open" one and they could not guarantee no cross-contamination of anything other than the salads. This place would be great for those sensitive to gluten, but not Celiac in my opinion.

I have been to Browns many times but this was my first coming for Brunch with my family, and the majority of us are celiac. Servers were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and let us know that fryers “may contain” so we were aware. None of us were impacted and overall another great experience.

Very open to accommodate and flag as “allergy.” Staff seemed knowledgeable but do note there’s no dedicated fryer, therefore certain items may seem gluten free but are not.
