They explained that due to the high volume of flour handling, it might not be safe for individuals with celiac disease. The chef kindly escorted me to the kitchen to demonstrate this. Although I couldn't dine there, I was genuinely impressed by their transparency and exceptional customer service.

This was an amazing experience. I found this place on Find Me GF on a trip and decided to give it a go as it had many celiac reviews. I LOVED the pizza. Probably the best gf Pizza I've had in a restaurant so far. The waiter was very knowledgeable. They buy the dough (if I understood correctly they buy it from Italy, but I'm not 100% sure on this). The waiter told me they cannot make the dough themselves because of cross contact in the kitchen. The list of ingredients can be found on their website. The pizza can be baked on a tray to minimize cross contact, which I asked them to do. They told me the pizza might contain traces of gluten but they will do everything in their power to avoid cross contact. Gf Pizza is 38 DKK extra. The pizza was amazing and I really felt safe as the waiter was so knowledgeable. I can definitely recommend this place.

We LOVE their home made gluten-free pizza. They ask if you want them to make them in a separate tray to make sure there is as little contamination as possible. It is a bit more expensive than regular gluten pizza, but it’s all worth it!!

I am absolutely in love with the Piccolina.

The service is excellent, very friendly and competent. All pizzas can be prepared gluten-free for an extra charge. Every question about gluten can be answered. For example, one is also informed that food containing gluten is prepared in the kitchen alongside gluten-free food. But don't worry, the topic is taken very seriously and you immediately feel in safe, trustworthy hands. We had antipasti beforehand, then 3 different pizzas, one of which was tastier and fresher and better than the other. We will definitely come again.

Amazing gluten free pizza. The servers and the owner are very open and knowledgeable about gluten. There remains a residual risk because it is a "normal" pizzaria. But they make every effort to avoid contact with flour products. Highly recommended!

We had both gf and non-gf take away pizza, gf costs extra. They warned us, that they bake all pizzas in the same oven, but they also take care. Gf pizza came in a separate baking form. Very sweet service.

Their pizza is amazing, and they prepare it in a separate tin foil. They can’t guarantee that it’s 100% gluten-free (due to potential cross-contamination), but they are super aware and knowledgeable about celiac and gluten, and I didn’t get sick from eating there.

The staff was really good with information about gluten free. They explained that the pizza is baked in the same oven as the other pizzas, but they can bake the pizza on another tray so that it doesn’t come in contact with gluten.

The most amazing gluten free pizza I've ever had. The staff is very knowledge regarding cross contamination, but can't promise a gluten free environment (just to come themselves). The owner is fantastic, he has the pizza crust delivered from Italy, it is already separately packaged, they charge their gloves and give you new ingredients on your pizza. The pizza already comes with aluminum sheet, so it can bake safely. I was in a group of seven people, they brought my pizza separately.
