We came to CPK with our two kids (one of whom has celiac). I felt comforted by the fact that their menu has a blue triangle next to the items that they can guarantee that they can prepare gluten free and "verified" against cross contamination. While this is obviously not a dedicated gluten free environment by any stretch, the cook was knowledgeable and took great care with our food. My son enjoyed his cheese pizza while we had the pepperoni sausage pizza. Both were on a cauliflower crust. We also had the apple juice. He had no difficulties. We would eat here again.
Cpk has a dedicated menu of a couple different pizzas that can be made to be gluten free with a cauliflower crust and in a separate kitchen space dedicated to gluten free prep. Staff was knowledgeable and upfront about what options were safe for someone with celiacs. Never had a bad experience at this location.
Stopped here on the way to the Bowers Museum. Needed gluten free and, while there are only 4 choices, they are guaranteed to be safe. I had the GF pepperoni, it was great, and I felt fine. They were definitely understaffed so it took far longer than expected for lunch on a Thursday.
I’ve never eaten here in person yet, but I’ve ordered off of DoorDash four times with no issues. I order off their Gluten Free menu which they state they take precautions to prevent cross contact and is prepared in its own space based on procedures developed by The Gluten Intolerance Group.
The pizzas aren’t the best but they do hit the spot and is great for people who can’t eat gluten because our pizza options are limited anyways.
