Most CPK are great with allergy precautions . The manager here gave me a NON GF pizza. When I realized it wasn’t GF she didn’t take my allergy seriously and didn’t take responsibility for the awful mess up.
They have 5 certified gf pizzas. Ingredients are kept separate and separate prep area. No issues
Incredibly limited to truly safe pizza for celiac but the ones that are safe are great!

The manager came over to personally deliver my meal separately and assure me it’s 100% gluten free. The pepperoni pizza was delicious! Super fresh tasting and the crust was the best I’ve ever had.
Wanted a veggie pizza on GF crust but because it wasn’t on their limited “certified” GF pizza menu, waitress gave a hassle over ordering it. Ended up with a salad (old standy). It was OK but overpriced. Won’t be going back.
GREAT place to go if you have celiac. Gf pizza that is made in a separate pan, and tons of gf options. And the food is awesome
Awesome gluten free pizza. They offer pizzas made in a dedicated facility or can be made on the spot. Pizza always brought out by manager who is not handling food. They make a very good effort and I've never had a problem despite being very sensitive
Great experience! When I asked for the gf menu they even asked if I had celiac. They prepare and cook the gluten free pizzas in a separate part of the kitchen. I got the BBQ chicken pizza which was amazing and the crust was one of the best gf crusts I've had so far.

Thanks to GIG training, several Items safe. Got the GF margerhita and BBQ chicken pizzas. Yummy and my sensitive celiac did not react. Manager and staff knowledgeable.
Safety protocols are great. I ordered the original cal bbq with bacon and pineapple and it was fantastic. Service was ok.
I know the community feels the same as I do that being able to eat a pizza that tastes amazing and you know is safe is such a rare and amazing thing. It is why we always eat at CPK when we travel somewhere that has one. They only have about 4 pizzas that are validated gf but those are made in a separate dedicated area. My bbq chicken pizza came out marked gf, was delicious and did not give me any issues. I’ve never had any issues with the validated pizzas at any CPK and is one of the only places I feel like I can truly eat safely.
Great experience, server was able to answer all our questions, manager brought out the GF pizzas and said they had been prepared in a separate space. My daughter ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and ate the whole thing!
The pizza came out with Gluten Free picks. When I called ahead they said they prepare the pizza in a separate area and the pizzas are cooked on separate aluminum tins. However they are cooked in the same oven but off to a designated side. Neither of my kids got sick after eating here.
