CPK, for over 3 dozen purchased pizzas, had only got me mildly sick once over the course of the 2020/2021 pandemic. Sadly, I cannot trust the sausage pepperoni and mushroom certified gluten free pizza any longer. Around Christmas of 2021, I started getting mild reactions from the same pizza. I took a long break from it since I got sick 3/5 times. Maybe they have new staff or something. Well, unfortunately as of September/October 2022, celiacs cannot trust the pepperoni sausage and mushroom GF pizza. I reacted very quickly and now very tough living with a real rough reaction for me. Just a note of caution since CPK hasn’t seen a review since 2019. Please be safe all. Really a bummer to miss such a good pizza that was actually like pizza. I’ll try their frozen ones I guess after I heal up.

They offer a menu of options certified by The Gluten Intolerance Group. I feel pretty safe eating here if I eat of the certified menu and I haven't gotten sick. I have also tested with my Nima and it has tested fine.
The gluten free cauliflower crust is better than that sounds!

Great GF pizza! Love this place!

I have eaten several GF pizzas from CPK and have not had any issues. Haven't found a GF pizza that can compete. Pizza Rock comes close.

Staff seemed to be very well trained and knowledgeable, and they didn't mind all of my questions! They offered 2 crust options, regular gluten-free and a cauliflower crust. I opted for the cauliflower and it was great! The menu has other options that are marked as gluten-free, and our waitress said that they can prepare almost everything else in the menu as gluten-free if requested (obviously substitutions would be made accordingly).
In short, I plan to add CPK to my list of trusted restaurants and recommend giving it a try.

Delish! It's so great to get a gluten-free BBQ chicken pizza at cpk again. It's been years since my gluten-free husband has had one and he was like a kid in a candy shop (or a celiac in a pizza place :). So great. We highly recommend it.

Because CPK had a lot of trouble with their gluten-free options in the past, the GIG came in and fully trained the chain on safe, gluten-free prep. I'm normally 100% against eating at pizza places due to the almost unavoidable risk of cross-contamination, but after hearing about their changes, I wanted to try it. So, after talking with the staff, I learned that you can order any of their pizzas on a gluten free crust, but that the only ones they can guarantee are absolutely gluten free (prepared in a separate area, cooked in a separate space, etc) are the ones listen on the gluten free menu. (I think there were 4 available.) The pizza was pretty decent (I had the BBQ Chicken) and I didn't get sick, but it wasn't the greatest thing in the world. Still, I'm always excited to find a safe place to enjoy a bite out with friends! Places like that are few and far between for me!

Although they no longer serve gf pizza, I went to lunch today with friends because they offer gf salads on the menu. I have been sick all afternoon. My Cobb salad was delicious but unfortunately the ingredients may have been cross contaminated. I probably won't return.
Great! An awesome place to eat.
Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
