Handful of certified GF pizzas can be prepared in a separate area (other menu items are likely cross contaminated). GF BBQ chicken pizza was good and I didn’t get sick

The staff was super knowledgeable about gluten free foods and the preparation needed to ensure no cross contamination. Pizza was great!

Tried to order gluten free meals at two different locations on Oahu, and both restaurants claimed that they “could not guarantee” the food would not be contaminated with gluten. Essentially they said that they are NOT gluten free.

The Ala Moana location is terrible w/ accommodating gluten free. They suggested to not even eat anything there because cross contamination is so high. The other location at the International Market area was fantastic with precautions!

Ordered takeout from Kahala Mall CPK, told them that I my daughter was celiac and they immediately transferred me to a manager to make sure that her needs were met. Her pizza was completely safe and was even packed in a totally separate bag. She had a good pizza with no problems.

We went to CPK at Ala Moana Centre today and were really impressed. They have a certified GF menu, ask if it’s a preference or an allergy, and have a manager bring out any allergy orders while wearing gloves. The pizza was good and a good size. Highly recommend.
Yes
Good pizza and their chain is consistently reliable.

Staff were knowledgeable. Separate pizza menu with 4 gf choices. We had bbq chicken pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Both yum. We also ordered a salad off the normal menu which was gf by ingredient. No reactions. Would definitely go back
Yes
Tried the pizza a few times and the crust is never fully cooked. I gave up.
Crust tasted like cardboard. We had to send it back because it wasn't cooked in the middle. Three stars because we didn't get sick, but I've definitely had better pizza.
I've always loved CPK, and I know the GF crust is not exactly like their regular or even thin crust, but I like it. Pizza crust is a personal thing, so I suggest you try it regardless what any review says. The dishes marked as GF are prepared in a separate area (be sure to tell them you want this). Logistically, they have to limit the items in this area, and I understand that. We are a minority. But my favorite pizzas and salads are all on the list, so I am a happy camper. Now they just need a GF dessert, and it'll be perfect.
Yes
yes, they have a gf menu consisting of a few pizzas, but the crust is horrible. when it came to the table, it tasted raw. even after I took it home and reheated it for 30 mins, it still tasted horrible. the rest of their gf items are not guaranteed to be gf despite being listed as gf on the menu.
No
At your own risk! Sometimes amazing, sometimes can also be the worst experience! Depends on the staff and on the day/ time you hit the place!!! Same for the GF food, it’s a take a chance 🍀 journey!

In the front window, the Validated Gluten Free Safe Spot sticker was displayed. The waiter was patient, explained the menu and GF safe items, and answered any other questions. With the Validated Safe Spot, I was already put at ease and was impressed with their kitchen setup. I am not a fan of cauliflower in general or the pizza crust, but this was delicious. We had the Five Cheese and the Margherita pizzas, and both were great. So happy to add another local restaurant to my list of safe places!

Do not eat here if worried about cross contamination. A restaurant employee that works all over the airport told me EVERYTHING is cross contaminated.

I was thrilled the restaurant could provide a safe gluten free pizza for my son with an anaphylactic wheat allergy. They have certified gluten free pizzas they cook safely and separately, and a manager spoke with me and brought it out to us directly. We rarely eat out so it was a treat!
