All their dough is made in a different facility and shipped in. They have only rice flour in their kitchens to use as they work with all the dough. When they cook a gluten free pizza the worker wears blue gloves and they encase the pizza in foil so that it does not come into contact with any other pizzas. I am super sensitive and did not have a reaction after eating here. Our waiter was trained and kept us informed on their practices through out the meal.

Love that they are GIG trained. Pizza is yummy, cooked in closed container, cut in separate gf area, and served with a gf pin. Highly recommend.
Very good salads and very good GF pizza. Thin crust of course, but texture was great. We got the half size salads BTW. The full size are huge.

Solid choice. No gluten issues. My food came out separate and marked. I have eaten at different locations so I was not worried about cross contamination but some people may be concerned

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.
