I got a "Certified gluten-free" pizza from their GF pizza list. (4 on the list) I got the pizza to go. It was delicious! The crust is obviously made off-site and is really good! I got the BBQ Chicken gf pizza and I had no issues.

CPK is usually one of my favorite places to go because it's certified gluten-free, it's tasty and I'm never gotten sick. Until now. Last night I ordered one of the certified gluten-free pizzas off the special gluten-free menu. I had two slices of it and realized there were green onions under the crust on my plate. I instantly knew it was trouble. I hoped for the best assuming maybe just maybe only that green onion happened to touch my plate. I always show symptoms 24 hours after eating bad food and sure enough 24 hours later, im currently sick to my stomach. I can only assume that they did not use safe practices and that they cross contaminated my food. Not going back to this location.

I had two items off the gluten free menu and immediately after I had a reaction. Please be sure that there is no cross contamination. I will speak to a manager about this in more detail. I really love cpk and would hate to not be able to eat there.

I eat CPK all over the country. Very consistent. GF pepperoni with extra toppings is good. Fresh lemonade is safe too. I order through UberEats app.

Gluten free options are shown on the menu. There are only a few items that can be made certified gluten free, but others that are listed showing they make the dishes with gluten free ingredients. One thing I learned this week is that many restaurants make their ranch dressing. When they do, they have not been gluten free. So bring your own ranch if you want a cobbler salad or some ranch to dip your certified gluten free pizza in. I had the mushroom, pepperoni, and sausage certified gluten free pizza and thought it was delicious. I also had some of my husband’s Cobb salad before dressing and it was very good. I did not feel sick or bloated after the meal.

They are extremely aware of celiac and cross contamination. My server informed me that only the gf pizzas are safe and there are only a few pizzas that are gf. They are made in a dedicated gf space and cooked separately from regular pies I had the bbq chicken pizza and it was fine. Not my favorite dough but works in a bind.
