Self-service ordering kiosk and printed menus here were definitely not thought out even though they claim to be a locally owned restaurant with the largest gluten free menu options. As another reviewer pointed out, they charge additional for gluten free options. I left after seeing what they call a menu and their ordering process.
I had no reaction, the boba was good, and the staff were very nice and helpful with my celiac! I would feel super safe coming back here! However, the food was not up to its usual standard. The tofu tasted as if it had been frozen and thawed multiple times, and the sauce tasted as if the usual soy sauce was not replaced by tamari. It was also extremely greasy, and somehow bland yet spicy. I ate here a few years ago and it was delicious, so I'm not quite sure what happened this time. Hopefully, the problems with the food are just a one-time thing, and it was so good last time that I might consider trying it a third time! In addition, there's a somewhat large upcharge ($2-$3) to make a dish gluten free, so I would consider that if you are on a budget.

The food is ok and I didn’t get sick but they charge you two extra dollars to make the food gluten free—making it with tamari instead of soy sauce. And when I got the fresh roll i had to pay $2.50 extra simply to get gf sauce. Super ridiculous. This place feels like a cash grab for college kids.

Went to order with a person instead of at the kiosk, as advised for those with allergies by both the reviews on this app and signs in the restaurant.
Was turned away by multiple staff members who told me that they would not take my order and to order at the kiosk. They also would not answer any questions about allergy protocols.
The kiosk order forms have an option to make something “gluten free,” but don’t have anywhere to specify if it’s an allergy or preference.
Before I submitted my order I went to tell the employees that it’s really important that they avoid cross-contamination and once again, the staff were rude, dismissive, and would not answer any questions.
Ending up not ordering. The rest of my family’s orders came out with errors (missing chicken wings, wrong sides, whole dishes not delivered) and staff once again ignored us.
Also, this was when there were only a couple of other people in the restaurant. Would hate to know what the gluten safety and service are like when they’re busy…
Would NOT recommend for anyone who has celiac or a serious allergy, since they clearly don’t care at all. Completely dismissive and rude to customers with dietary restrictions.

I always get their drunken noodles with no veggies and add shrimp. It’s sooo good not too spicy but it’s really good!

May 9, 2019. Excellent GF choice. They have touch screen ordering. Be sure that you find someone from the kitchen to talk about your GF needs as the touchscreen makes it difficult to do this by yourself. Reccomend!

GF menu- food is fabulous. Dinner is a little pricey but the lunch special is very reasonable.
they have a gluten free menu. we had the rolls, shrimp pad Thai and a beef curry dish. it was great!
update: 1/8/2015. got glutened. we ordered the fresh rolls and they brought the wrong sauce. I had eaten two when they came out and told us not to eat them. the waitress apologized and said the appetizer was on the house. she brought out the correct sauce. however, when the bill came it still had the rolls on it. we paid it but I won't go back.
Pad Thai was delicious. Lots of options and a good atmosphere
