Very excited to have a new "safe" chain restaurant to eat at. They have GF items marked in their menu (including pasta dishes!). They have a safety protocol for ordering, they do GF button on the order plus handwriting a ticket that the manager oversees in the kitchen. I had the steak Diane and substituted french fries for mashed potatoes since they have a dedicated fryer too. Delish! 🥰

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Fair selection of GF options on menu. Had the Kale and quinoa power salad with grilled chicken. It was delicious and very large portion.
The staff was great, the restaurant itself was beautiful. The menu is easy to read and had lots of options for gf. Only paid $55 for an specialty drink, 2 full entrees and a dessert to share!

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
