A new employee did not sub the GF bun like I asked or mark my food with a gluten allergy. I got my food and didn’t see any kind of GF note so I took it back in. The manager got it fixed and showed the employee how to change the bread on the sandwich. The chicken was really good, the fries are not GF unfortunately so I had to get the chips which were good, and the bun came cold and separate in a bag. It was also kind of crumbly. The taste was ok but not great.

Love, love, love this place! Even if really busy, which they usually are, it's still fast and pleasant happy service! GREAT FOOD!
I was happy to have a GF option at Chick Filet, but the bun missed the mark. It was separately packaged for those with Celiac, but at $1.40 more in cost and a DIY assembly of my sandwich left me feeling a bit slighted. Bun was a bit dry. I ate just the chicken and threw it out. Saved calories, but wasted money!

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Chick Filet now offers a GF bun. It comes wrapped in cellophane and you put together your own sandwich. It was a good bun and not dry like some GF buns. It didn't seem to be frozen- which helps. I will try it again.
Love! My daughter says the gf bun is delicious. They use a separate fryer for fries. This is our top visited food spot. My daughter gets the gf bun, grilled chicken fillet, honey bbq sauce and fries. Makes my girl happy. Also, we love the ice cream here!

All of their grilled chicken is gluten free and they change gloves and make things fresh when you have an allergy. All of the staff knows what they are doing and I have never gotten sick when I have gone!

I've tried Chick-fil-A only twice. I ordered through the drive-thru. The staff was kind. I made sure to order foods that were gluten-free. Unfortunately, I found the food lacked taste and flavor. So I don't go there.
I had another incident with Chick-fil-A. It happened when the workplace ordered food. I have a high sensitivity to gluten. I don't have to consume to get sick but smell. Unfortunately, it made me feel unwell.

Standard chic fil a, but as of my visit today, they do not have a separate fryer, so the waffle fries are not gluten free like they normally are.
