I will say that this is the only fast food place I feel safe ordering the one gluten free option available which is more than I can say about other places. Here is my hot take: The Chick-fil-A gluten free grilled sandwich is decent. The bread is packaged in a plastic bag and the chicken and veggies are in a separate container. On many occasions I’ve been given a regular sandwich by someone who clearly doesn’t know what gluten free means. Other times I’ve been told to wait over half an hour just for them to tell me they’re out of gluten free buns. The employees aren’t trained to know what to do when someone has celiac. If you’re lucky to get someone who does, you’ll get a good lil sandwich! Otherwise, you’ll get played. They have chips to replace the fries which is nice.

One of the few fast food places we feel safe eating at. They mark your order for gluten-free and they will change gloves when preparing. Dedicated frier. And they bag food separately if there are items that are not gluten-free.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Gf options, usually safe. Be sure to tell staff of allergy. Ive gotten cross contamination here once.

Chick-Fil-A is one of the only fast food restaurants where my daughter can eat the most variety. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries, and even sell gluten-free buns (for a small uncharge). The staff sometimes is not knowledgeable about celiac, when I have additional questions about the menu, but most of the time they are helpful and go out of their way to accommodate us.

I was so happy to find it! It was hiding. I had already checked menus at all the restaurants. Very pleased to get a grilled chicken. Their buns are great!

I’ve actually never had a reaction at this location and this is usually the location we go to when order through mobile order from Chick-Fil-A. I know in the past you were able to put a comment on mobile orders and I usually added gluten allergy, so you may have to go through the regular drive thru to let them know you have an allergy. However, I have not personally had any issues. Their fries and hash-browns are good too. 🥰

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.
