Always fresh and tasty. Good value.
When me and my husband walked in the girl working had no idea what gluten free even meant. She asked us if it was a real allergy. The manager came out and told her to change her gloves and told us the only safe thing to eat would be the bowls. She also told us to stay away from the lettuce and cheese? She left and a guy gave us a card with everything that had gluten. It basically said you could have everything but the tortillas, chips, and corn salsa. They used the same spoons they use to rub on everyone else’s flour tortillas. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious, but me and my husband both ended up being glutened and very sick the next day. This was our fourth week of being gluten free and we’ve really noticed how people at restaurants and establishments treat you differently. Almost annoyed. Really opens your eyes...

I'm very sensitive to gluten and have never had a problem with a burrito bowl. I love eating here! The food is delicious
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Good gluten free bowls of food.

Staff was awesome. Washed hands, changed gloves, changed all of the serving spoons, used shredded cheese from a new container, and packaged gluten free meal separately from the other items.

Staff changed their gloves, cleaned off the counter, used clean utensils and kept everything separate. Felt really happy that the moment I said celiac the staff started their protocol like clockwork to keep me safe :)

They always take precautions by changing gloves and spoons, as well as getting a fresh container of lettuce so they're not grabbing lettuce that may have come in contact with contaminated gloves. I've never had a problem and have been impressed with their protocol.
Update: I've gotten sick a couple of times now since I wrote the original review.

There were options on the website, however, the particular server I had did not offer to give me corn tortillas and I had to get a bowl instead. He was kind of bratty if we are being honest
