I love Chipotle but this location was not up to the usual experience. There was a weird flavor to the rice or pico as well. Both my husband and I (he’s not GF/Celiac but I am) had indigestion the next day.

BEWARE!!! Their tortilla chips are flour NOT CORN!
Awful staff member rolled her eyes as i told i had a serious gluten allergy. We then told another worker and my meal was free of charge. I made sure to watch carefully for contamination. have not gotten sick.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Poor service. Overcharged and refused to correct bill. I go to Chipotle often for gluten free options and not impressed by this location

I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick. Just ask them to change their gloves how to get a burrito bowl to go. All of the meat and toppings are gluten free. Yummy too!
Yes
Horrible attitude when asked to change gloves for gluten allergy. The employee rolled eyes and was very rude. Made comment that they had already changed gloves and didn't want to do so again. Very upsetting for someone for gets so sick from anything gluten. Awful attitude. Awful service. Super disappointing.
I get sick about 50% of the time from this Chipotle. They're occasionally really good about changing gloves and getting out fresh lettuce but it's hard for them to totally avoid cross-contamination with their setup.

Chipotle had become my go-to fast food restaurant, but this particular location was horrible. As I do at all chipotles, I told the first person on the line that I have celiac and asked that he change his gloves and clean the line. He was clearly annoyed. He got to the cheese and I asked him to get fresh cheese because they pick cheese out with gloves that have touched flour tortillas. Again he was annoyed. He then asked if I wanted lettuce, I said yes and before I could say anything he picked lettuce from the cross-contaminated container. I explained that the lettuce he put on was surely contaminated and he looked at me disgusted and asked, "so you want me to throw it out and start over?" Indicating that he thought that was asking too much. I told him not to bother and started to walk out. I turned around and asked for a manager. She said, "we can make you another one." No one ever once apologized. They made me feel unwanted from the start. I won't be back.i would have rated it zero but you have to rate at least 1
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
