Staff is honestly the low point at this location. Have encountered a few inconsiderate staff members, one of which flat out refused to change gloves because he didn’t want to walk a few steps away, and he made a face when I said I had an “allergy”. Other times the workers are flat out rude and roll eyes/get frustrated when I ask them to change gloves. Never got sick from here, food is good, but staff really brings it down.

Please note that the review claiming this Chipotle was not Celiac friendly also said at the beginning that the person writing it didn’t actually know if it was or not because their gluten reactions were always delayed. I am an extremely sensitive Celiac who almost always gets sick when I eat out and I had ZERO problems from this Chipotle. The young man who made my food was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The second I mentioned Celiac, he removed his gloves, washed his hands, and put on fresh gloves. He used clean spoons and took my food all the way down the line himself instead of passing it off when it got to the next station. It was very crowded, so I was pleasantly surprised by the cautious attention. We were just passing through on our way to Florida, but if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely revisit.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I have a severe gluten allergy, but my reaction is not immediate, so unfortunately I won't know about exposure for a few days. Fingers crossed as I have very little confidence after dining here. We were travelling and found this location and went eagerly based on the review. The lack of people in the facility at prime dinner hour perhaps should have been a red flag. The staff were all very young, not very helpful and somewhat lacking in customer service and personality in general. They were OUT of rice and guacamole. Seriously?!?! Mexican restaurant...no rice, no guac. no explanation, no apologies, and no alternatives offered. The chips were terribly stale....all 4 bags. And as any Chipotle frequenter knows, you have to buy chips separately. My steak was poorly cooked as well, but now I'm just being picky. We love Chipotle. We often seek it out when travelling because we know it well and eat there often. If this had been our first experience, we would NEVER have returned for a second.
Great Chipotle! On and off the freeway easily and super careful and knowledgable. Staff immediately changed gloves, got new spoons and brought out fresh containers of anything that could be cross contaminated. Three gluten free/celiac family members all are happily and felt great.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
