when i told them i needed gluten free, they changed gloves, got a freshly washed knife, got a newly washed cutting board. they were knowledgeable about which ingredients contain gluten. it was delicious, and i did not get sick from eating there.
Great place for a quick and safe GF meal! Salads and grain bowls are made fresh in front of you and an allergen guide is available on their website. All sauces and dressings are GF, as well as many other options. I let the staff know I have a gluten allergy and they were quick to wash hands, swap gloves, clean down the prep area and use fresh utensils/cutting board before making my food. It was obvious that the staff were trained to deal with cross-contamination risks. I got the Chicken Tinga Quinoa bowl, which was delicious. Will definitely be back!

This place was packed and rightfully so. My husband and I dropped by for lunch and the line was almost out the door. All salads and bowls here are prepared individually in their own bowl and on their own cutting board so I didn't have to worry about cross-contamination. Their website has their full menu listed with allergen info for each item so I knew going in exactly what I wanted to order. I got the smoky santa cruz bowl which was really tasty. It was GF, dairy free, and nut free...all of which are issues for me. I would definitely go again and its worth the wait in line!
I have eaten here a handful of times while attending conferences in the area. Clean bowls and cutting surfaces are used. Most salad items are GF including all dressings. I have never experienced any ill effects
To address cross contamination... They are not a certified facility so nothing is guaranteed BUT every salad ive had here is made on a fresh chopping mat and in a fresh mixing bowl. Ive had no bad experiences and have eaten here a hundred times.
Great salads. All dressings are gf! Most of the proteins are gf.
I went in based on a previous recommendation on here but definitely an issue for cross -contamination. They chop ingredients on a common cutting board. I gave it a 3-star rating because of the concept, fresh ingredients, and taste but I wouldn't recommend to someone with celiac. I took a risk eating there even though I'm sensitive to cross-contamination. Was in a big hurry and starved.
No
I had to do some looking on their website to find which salads were gluten free, but when I told them about my gluten sensitivity they were helpful and when I asked to remove an item, the offered to substitute others. A good choice for salads.

A great place for a quick meal. You order online or at the kiosk and pick up in store. They offer a lot of gluten-free options. Salads and warm bowls. Almost all of their ingredients are gluten-free. Just stay away from croutons and pita chips. All of their dressings and sauces are GF.

We had a Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken and Parmesan cheese. I asked them to use fresh lettuce from the kitchen and not toss the salad to be safe. They all washed hands and changed gloves before making our salads. Allergens are clearly marked on the corporate website. Tasty option to grab on our way to catching our train. The manager was very helpful.

Celiac friendly and so delicious! I always remind the staff to change gloves. Almost the whole restaurant is gluten free except for the croutons, wontons, pita chips, panko fried chicken, falafel, and most desserts. Separate serving utensils for each ingredient except lettuce. All dressings GF. I’ve always ordered the kale caesar with grilled chicken and subbed in tomatoes for croutons. Very reasonably priced!
