Make sure you explicitly tell the server about your need to avoid gluten. I ordered for my daughter the warm goat cheese salad from the gluten intolerance menu, and it ended up being served with croutons on it. My daughter, recently diagnosed with CD, is only 8 years old so she ate some croutons right away assuming they were OK. Then I asked the server and she said they are normal croutons and not supposed to be on the salad, but there was a "miscommunication in the kitchen, sorry about that." I talked with the manager and she confirmed that the croutons were not supposed to be part of the salad, and advised us to inform the server next time about our daughter's CD so that the manager can make sure the meal is prepared correctly from start to finish. She gave us a gift card to encourage us to come back again. It was a learning experience and disappointing that we had more trouble with a gf menu than with restaurants that don't even have a gf menu. The gf menu gave us a false sense of safety but we should still do our due diligence. I wish the server had asked if we had any dietary requirements, seeing that we were ordering from the gluten intolerance menu.
I also am not sure if the rest of their gluten intolerance menu is actually gf. What about the fries? And there is a pasta dish with no mention of gf pasta. We definitely should have asked more questions.

GF menu and a manager almost always stops by to confirm order and let you know they are on top of it. Eaten there several times - usually have one of their salads or a fish entree. Always delicious, never been sick.

Owner has celiac in their family so safety is a priority. Seafood focused menu, food is simple and tasty. Manager always stops by to check in. Love eating here!

The bun was not very good and they messed up my order a bit. It was very average food but I did get a bit of a reaction from it. There was definitely cross contamination. They said that the manager would come speak with me and she never did which I was very confused about because I was supposed to tell her about celiac and my limitations. The service was so nice but if you have celiac this may not be the place for you.

Wow ~ amazing restaurant for those with Celiac. The food was delicious with many GF options. The manager came by our table twice to assure me that careful attention was being paid to my order. Can’t wait to return!!
Food was good, manager was helpful and stopped by to review my order with me. The service was slow - very slow but overall good.

I have Celiac and have eaten here many times. The waiters are very knowledgeable about cross contamination and the manager has come out to talk to me every time about how they will prepare the food safety.
Yes
Good gluten free menu and the manager immediately came over to talk to me about it and assure me that he would let the kitchen manager know about my order once he knew it was an allergy. Very attentive and very appreciated!
Separate gluten free (sensitive) menu came without a request, with salads, bunless sandwiches and burgers, seafood and dessert. I told our server I had an allergy and within minutes a manager was at our table checking in. Well done!

Good variety, great service and food. My second visit, the manager followed up our orders for both GF and dairy free food. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable about both allergies. Fish taco with GF sweet potato fries were good and GF chocolate waffle was outstanding.

Very celiac friendly and very attentive to the details (cooking in separate pan)
I get the catch of the day simply grilled and veggies. Not much for carb option. Need a baked potato or GF fries to up their game.
Server immediately said the manager would come over to talk about the gluten free options. For my celiac son, 6 yrs old, manager recommended the meatless bun and fries (fries are cooked in a fryer where the only other thing that goes in that fryer is brussel sprouts). luckily I had a gf bun with me. flourless chocolate waffle and ice cream for dessert were gf. a total of two managers continued to check on us. felt very loved. one manager said the restaurant chain's grandson is celiac hence why they've stepped up their gf knowledge.
Yes
Not celiac friendly. Server not knowledgeable and did not care.
Very accommodating. Staff educated on food allergies. Manager came by our table to assure me that I would "feel good" after eating. I have a gluten and dairy allergy.
Update: I gave CF a second chance after my crouton experience . This time, the manager came over to confirm my salad would be GF. It was delicious and I was very happy with the improved service.
I ordered a salad off the gluten free menu and it had croutons mixed in. I made a point of telling the waiter I had Celiacs and I pointed to the item on the GF menu while ordering. He even said he'd be sure to tell the kitchen. When I pointed out the problem after I picked out the croutons and ate the salad, they apologized, but didn't offer any compensation for the mistake.
Yes
i love the food but i had to send back salad with croutons.
