I drove out of my way to try this place. I was impressed with the number of options. I picked the small sized bowl, which was plenty, and chose the contents I wanted. A variety of lettuce, cabbage, rice noodles, veggies, chicken, and Gf dressing. A side of roasted sweet potatoes dusted with cinnamon was really good too. There are many drink options other than soda. I tried the orange, cardamom lemonade and the fig, vanilla.

Everything is gluten free except for the breadcrumb topping, but it is kept away from everything in a separate container. You tell them you have a gluten allergy and they immediately know what to do, clean the space, change gloves. I got the spicy chicken Thai bowl, it was delicious. 100% recommend!

Everything on the menu with the exception of the wraps/bread is gluten free! Those items containing gluten are kept completely separate from the other ingredients. An employee even pointed it out once hearing me ask what's GF! What service.

They have GF Mac and cheese, soups, rice bowls, lettuce bowls and the topping choices are stellar. We were there just before closing and the ingredients still looked fresh, far exceeding my expectations. I'll be making this my regular stop when in Downers Grove.

Have made the long drive from Aurora here several times. Have gotten three different bowls and each have been delicious. Only the bread and naan have gluten, the rest of the menu is gluten free.

Wonderful concept, wonderful fresh food with attention to quality and taste. As a physician who preaches food as medicine, I’m thrilled to have this available. Stays true to Michael Pollan’s motto: eat food, mostly plants, not too much. And of course safely gluten free. And delicious!

All meals are gluten free! Everything is fresh and healthy. Love being able to go to a "fast casual" place for quick bite and not worry about getting glutened!

Most of the menu is gluten free! Including the kids menu! Good food and fresh ingredients. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many different types of lemonades and juices. This location just opened and everyone was really helpful and friendly. I’m also dairy free and they took time to double check that the dish I ordered was entirely dairy free.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.
