Love this place! I typically order the small spicy thai chicken and rice noodle bowl, which is plenty to fill me up and it’s amazing. Pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free, so I don’t feel worried about cross contamination. The only disappointing thing about this restaurant is that each meal comes with a small piece of bread that isn’t gluten free, so I typically just skip it. The bread, however, doesn’t stop me from going. I even picked this place for my birthday dinner one year! If you haven’t tried this place already, please try it out.

Probably one of my fav places to eat in the area, delicious and everything but the bread (which is at the very end of the line in plastic drawers) is gf. I normally get bowls or salads, they let you make substitutes or build your own. Their lemonades and teas are really good, too.

I was worried the broth bowl would not fill me up so added the Mediterranean salad size small and was the best lunch I’ve had in a long time! The fountain drinks were a fun selections d brightened my work day. Felt like a special treat. What a great place w so many gf options! Thank you Core Life 😘😘

Everything on the menu is GF, fantastic. Go for the double protein though, the dishes are pretty light on the meat. They offer bread at the end that you can easily decline.

This is a good, healthy, vegetarian/vegan friendly casual dining option. All items on the menu are gluten free, except for the optional 1/2 slice of bread. I believe the bread is added at the very end of the line, and only when requested. My kids enjoy the variety of fountain drinks (e.g., cranberry cayenne lemonade).

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.
