Do not eat here. It is no longer safe for Celiacs. Since they introduced bread...it is all contaminated. They grab the bread and then the salad mix. Handle avacados, swipe the food run and then serve the food. I spoke to the manager and came back in and it was even worse. Bummer they have great salads.

The staff was not very reassuring about preventing cross contamination and I should have just left and not ordered anything. I got a greens bowl with chicken and the ginger sauce and had a mild-moderate gluten reaction 2 hrs later. Some locations may be safe, but this one did not adequately train staff.

Now that CoreLife has naan (wheat) tacos, there are major issues with cross contamination. Avoid if you have celiac disease.

Everything is gluten free (except an optional side of bread which is kept near the register away from the line). No danger of cross contamination! I had the tuna poke fire bowl and it was SPICY and delicious and felt very nourishing. Wish I could have tried everything on the menu! It felt like a Panera, but for Celiacs!

Love this place. I am Celiac and very sensitive to cross contamination. Eaten here several times and have never had any issues. Only gluten in restaurant is the bread at the end of the line.

Perfect place for gluten-free - everything was safe (except the bread you are offered at the checkout). Healthy, yummy, and good value.

Dedicated gluten free facility! The only thing not gluten free is a covered bread basket they have at the end of the line by the cash register and they ask if you want a piece of bread. One of our favorite restaurants!!

Their menu is 100% gluten free! They have so many different options between bowls, wraps, soups, plates, tacos and salads. Kinda like a Cava and chipotle combined.

Spoiler: they have a Mac and cheese side 😋

EDIT: Other reviews that say bread is the only gluten-containing item are out of date.

Just left the Wolf Rd. location, where we watched an employee pick up naan bread and then ingredients with her same gloved hands, instead of using utensils. We informed her that those ingredients were now contaminated. She said she had no idea and that they do that every evening.

We requested to speak with a manager to ask that the employee be retrained. The employee that made the food unsafe was the only supervisor on duty.

The only thing not GF is their taco tortillas and naan flat breads. Told them I was GF and gloves were changed and had the BBQ Korean pork bowl and it was delicious! All soups are GF! Great place to go!!

Everything is gluten free except the naan bread (optional side) that is at the end of the line, so it is not touched by anyone and gloves are changed right after.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.
